Soil Improvement

Ground Improvement (Compaction Methods) Effective ground improvement requires deep knowledge and experience in selecting suitable techniques based on site-specific soil conditions. As subsurface profiles often vary, our expertise in various compaction methods allows us to deliver the most effective and reliable ground treatment solutions, making us a trusted contractor in the region.

Dynamic compaction improves soil density by repeatedly dropping heavy weight onto the ground surface in a grid pattern. This method increases soil strength, stiffness, and bearing capacity while reducing settlement and liquefaction risks. It’s also effective in collapsing subsurface voids in karst areas and compacting landfills before constructing roads, embankments, or parking areas

This method densifies clean, cohesionless granular soils using a downhole vibrator. The probe is inserted into the soil with the aid of water jets, and as it is withdrawn, soil particles are compacted into a denser state. Sand backfill is added to compensate for volume reduction. The process improves soil density, stiffness, and bearing capacity while reducing settlement and liquefaction risk.

Vibro replacement forms dense stone columns to reinforce weak or soft soils. Using either wet top-feed or dry bottom-feed methods, crushed stone is compacted in layers by a vibrating probe. This technique enhances load-bearing capacity, reduces settlement, and improves overall ground stability, making it ideal for supporting buildings, tanks, embankments, and other heavy structures
