Al Athar General Contracting (AGC) is a leading contracting company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with a legacy dating back to 1993. Originally established as Al Athar Engineering by Mr. Ahmed Mohamed Ahmed Mohamedrasool Alzaabi, the company was rebranded as AGC in 2023 as a strategic extension of Speed Fire and Safety Equipment LLC, to meet the growing demands of the region’s construction and industrial sectors.

With over 30 years of experience, AGC has earned a solid reputation for quality workmanship, adherence to safety standards, and timely project delivery. Our success is driven by strong QHSE leadership, a highly skilled workforce,and optimal resource management. Today, AGC stands as a trusted partner for high-profile clients including the Abu Dhabi Government, ADNOC, ADCO, Takreer, Borouge, and several other major players in the oil & gas, infrastructure, and construction sectors.
